Downloads section - Show rollup count of downloads? - 15-06-2007, 02:37 PM

Hi,

Anyone know if the downloads section in the client side is supposed to show the "rollup" count of downloads within all categories of the main section

e.g. if I have:

|Downloads
|-- Documentation
| ---- Product 1 (files here 0)
| --------Administration (files here 1)
| --------User (files here 1)

Shouldn't the "Count" of the articles at the "Documentation" and the "Product 1" level show as 2?

Just wondering if I don't have it configured correctly, if it's not supposed to work that way, or if it's a bug?

It would seems confusing as a client to see "0" in the parent levels, as I might not continue to click through seeing the "0" (zeros)

Thanks,

Rich

Features I need asap:
1) Ticket search in the client portal!
2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name
3) Downloads by client
(i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area.
4) Integrated KB image uploads
The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles.
Cheers!

I've noticed this in the KB section as well...it makes no sense because it should always show how many items are located under it whether they are in categories or not.
