From: drop down field at Post Reply - 20-05-2009, 04:31 PM

At ticket view, when I click on post reply, I see multiple email addresses in the From: drop down fields.

Where are there multiple email addresses? Where do I edit them?

When you reply a ticket from Staff CP, in 'from' address you view different email addresses. The email addresses include email queue email address, staff email address and default return email address.

Is there a way to configure which emails appear in the drop-down? What if we do not want the user's individual email to be shown here?

I'm having the same problem. Is there a away to only assign 1 email???
