In the General tab of a ticket it's Department..Staff etc. In a Ticket Reply it's Owner...Department. I suggest making the order of drop downs consistent, i.e. Department and then Staff (owner) throughout. |

This bug has been fixed in the latest CVS build (what will be 3.20.03 stable). -------------------------------------------------------------------
