| DUE TIME not getting if we create a send email ticket in staff even in trial!!!!!!!! -

Create a ticket in staff cp (only) send email ticket .Dont select any date.
The due date or time field will be empty.
Now create a PHONE ticket in staff cp.Dont select any date.
The due date will be the default 24 hrs you (or that defined in your admin cp or the sla time line if you have one.
This happened in trial also.I did not change even a single configuration.THe default settings what you get.thats all
