Is there a way with v3.00.90 I can have the default page be just the login prompt with the regestration option and nothing else until the user logs on then have all the options?

sure if you edit /includes/Widgets/widgets.php and probably add a if logged in variable...

It's not necessary to edit the PHP code directly. This can be achieved with templates using:
