Dump custom field data into ticket post at ticket creation - 03-03-2007, 12:20 PM

Looking for pointers to do following,

Client makes ticket with custom fields. The the first post of the ticket created contains the custom field data + clients remarks.

This is done quite by Cerbersus, not Kayako as yet. Any leads to which files contain the code of 'Create ticket' welcome.

Now that custom fields work properly I have put away my javascript workaround to add that custom fields in the message (I have a saved version somewhere though). The template is submitticket and beware that kayako names fields randomly (including starting with a number) which makes javascript tricky.
