Hi Community, we are using 3.00.90 and also had the problem that when "replying" to a ticket, attachments would not reach the customer. We then applied following help : http://bugs.kayako.net/?do=details&id=1460 http://forums.kayako.com/showthread.php?t=7790 Now I have following problem: By applying the change mentioned in the links above, now when clicking "New Ticket" and addiny any attachment, the attachemnt is sent twice (duplicate) to the receiver. You cannot see this in the Staff CP but the email generated does have a duplicate attachment. So when adding 1 the receiver get 2, or when adding 3 attachments the receiver get 6. We are using CentOS 4 (with all recent updates). I guess something else has to be fixed in the php scripts of Kayako , but I do not know how to do that. Any help for me? Cheers, Marvin |
