What is the max_execution_time setting in php.ini set to? There is a good chance that the script might be timing out before it would have completed the email download. I did that. still not downloading that email as ticket. /etc/php.ini /usr/local/lib/php.ini Both php.ini seems like having a different value. Which one should be the correct one? Can someone come up with a verified solution for this issue? |

Check your phpinfo to see which php.ini is being used. In most cases it would be the /etc/php.ini one. Run the cron parser run manually in the browser and see if it throws out any errors. Also you might want to check your phpinfo file just to make sure that the changes you made are being reflected.
