My problem is that users are CC'ing people at other companies and releasing sensitive information. I want to setup kayako for my organization pretend.com and only allow the software to e-mail to users in the pretened.com domain. So nick@pretend.com would be fine but nick@gmail.com wouldn't be allowed. That possible? Thanks in advance. |
