I think this is somehow a bug in kayako or maybe kayako cannot identify the e-mail to be downloaded. I have sales@abc.com (POP Account) and sales@abc.co.jp (Email forwarder to sales@abc.com) Whenever I send an email to sales@abc.co.jp, I can see the e-mail inside sales@abc.com webmail, but it cannot be downloaded as ticket inside kayako. Is there a solution, or I should have separate mailbox for sales@abc.co.jp? |

Have you added sales@abc.co.jp as an email queue under: Admin CP > Mail Parser > Insert Email Queue Professional and Affordable Kayako Skins - Specialists in Kayako Skinning & Customization - Professional Paid Support Our Skins and Services - http://www.supportskins.com/store/ SupportSkins.com - http://www.supportskins.com/ |
