E-mail Not Working - 10-02-2006, 08:09 PM

ok here we go.
I currently am running windows 2000 server, IIS 5, Mysql 5, and php 4.4.2
Zend 2.6.2

here is my problem. When a ticket is updated, changed, closed, no one gets an e-mail. I am using imap. it does show up in http://www.milestonemortgage.com/support/phpinfo.php
I try to go to the parser and i get this ----->

Total Messages in Inbox: 0
Total Messages in Inbox: 0
0 Total Messages
Rejected Messages: 0
Accepted Messages: 0

To me this looks good
ok so now if a user fills out a support ticket the ticket is created and sends my self the admin a ticket
looks like this.

Your ticket has been received, one of the staff members will review it and reply accordingly. Listed below are details of this ticket, Please make sure the Ticket ID remains in the subject at all times.

Ticket ID: NWN-886368
Subject: testy
Department: Computer Support

They also receive an e-mail that looks like this

This is where e-mail seems to cease?
If any changes update or status change takes place none gets any e-mail leeting them know. or myself. I have checked the parser pn the email que it looks like this.

Registration Required? no
Enable New Issue Autoresponder? yes
Enable New Reply Autoresponder? yes


Can someone help me or am i out of luck?
Any help Appreciated...........

Im also filling out a support ticket will keep everyone informed of what i find out.

Shawn, i think you'll find your answer in staff control panel --> tickets --> alerts. You can select what alerts you want to receive. status change, replies, etc.
