How do I setup e-mail parsing (or whatever its called) using the H-SPHERE control panel so that e-mails sent to one of the e-mail accounts there will automatically create a ticket in eSupport? |

It should be quite easy to setup, I think H-Sphere uses EXIM and you can refer to instructions for that at http://manual.kayako.net > Installation > Mail Parser Regards, Varun Shoor -------------------------------------------------------------------
