E-Mail-"From" and SMTP Settings - 01-06-2007, 02:30 PM

Hello,

I am just test driving esupport and have two problems:

1.

When I open a new ticket in the staff cp I can choose between different "From" options. I choose the format "Company Name [Mail Queue] <queue@company.com>", however the mail arrives with my own name and an empty email address in the from field.

2.

I can't get esupport working with my SPF records and my Domainkeys implementation. I guess this may be related with some SMTP setting and also with my problem described under 1.

The issue can be with incorrect software and PHP settings. You will need someone to look into the issue.

got the same issue with the from email but the rest is working fine. Any clues please ?

I think this was a bug that was resolved in the CVS.
