Hi, You need to do the restore option, this reverts the template to the default (updated version). The save & reload option just allows you to make an edit and reload to edit some more if you checking changes you have made as you go. The files directory contains and files you have added to the download section, attachments if using the files method of storage, it also stored some .js files that build up your quick insert menus.
