Email address not posted in emailed ticket - 06-02-2007, 05:22 PM

Is there a reason why tickets do not contain the person's email address somewhere in the text of the ticket? How is no one missing this? Especially when the tickets are emailed to a group of people, it would be useful information to see in the ticket that is emailed, the person's email who opened the ticket, without having to login to the helpdesk each time or am I missing something?
