fixed, in support suite, you can add this to fix but this has been fixed and will be in the next build according to Varun.

In functions_alertrules.php in the /modules/tickets directory:

FIND (Line 156 as mentioned above):

$this->processRules();

REPLACE WITH

if (defined("ISMODERNBILL"))
{
$this->processRules();
}

While I tested with chris' quick fix, Varun gave me this fix directly. Both work, so if you don't want to chance an upgrade, apply either one of these.

Can someone post a version of this file with the fix? My SupportSuite is encoded and I really need modernbill alerts to work.

Thank you

Hi,

This was included in 3.00.32 CVS build.

Appears this is broken again on our .32 installation. Just to let everyone know.

in the latest version, the fix appears to be commenting out:

$this->processRules();

Apply this same thing as above. I have confirmed it works, again. Can we please get this fix included in the next build so we are not wasting our time fixing these sort of problems. I hardly think a fix is just commenting the problem out.

DIRECTIONS:
In functions_alertrules.php in the /modules/tickets directory:

FIND (Line 156 as mentioned above):

$this->processRules();

REPLACE WITH

if (defined("ISMODERNBILL"))
{
$this->processRules();
}

This time if you are running version .32, then you will also need to uncomment the line you just changed.

Hi,
This is so annoying. I too have this problem and am running 3.00.32

I can't make any changes to the file in question as it is encoded.

A fix for this is needed urgently......please

This is a nightmare.

Help

The above fix will take care of this. No doubt this doesn't explain why it wasn't fixed.

How are you making these changes to fix this problem in a zend encoded file?

Also, could someone post an unencoded file for me to upload (with or without the fixes) to replace the file that I have? I am running the latest version. .32

Thanks

Surely someone from Kayako can comment on this and/or sort this quite easily if the fix is as easy as above?

The Owned license includes the unencrypted files.

We can't post it for you, but you can open a support ticket and request the unencoded version of the file. They will most likely send it to you so you can make what ever change you need.

Hi thanks for that. I have an owned version and have even paid to have copyrights removed but the file is encrypted. Will raise a support call.

My error. I'm on a monthly lease (while testing). I've requested the unencoded file from K support and will let you know how I get on.

Thanks again.

Kayako emailed me the file.

I amended as Sebek suggested.

It works a dream.

Cheers everyone.....now to get better email templates working.
