When an admin assign a ticket to a staff, can we have it notify the staff through email that the a ticket has been asign to them?

Yes you can, each staff member needs to create their own alert rules from the tickets tab in the staffCP, one of the things they can receive alerts for is tickets being assigned to them.

That's awesome, can we change the email template some how? I took a look in the template section, and couldn't find the actual message.

Is this working for you? I can not seem to get the assigned alert to work. All other alerts work fine.

I also can't get the assigned alert to work. Is it also possible to to get an alert, so when the ticket gets closed, the user gets notified?
