Hi, i have deleted an Email by error. Is this deleted in the Database also or is there a chance to recover? |

Hi, The ticket once deleted gets removed from the database. There is a chance to recover it if the entry is still in the Parser Log. You can check the parser log under Admin CP > Parser > Parser Log Regards, Raghav Arora -------------------------------------------------------------------
