Exclamation Email Fetching - 10-07-2006, 07:12 PM

3.00.90

Frequently, the parser grabs the emails from a mail account, and then fails to delete them. So each time the parser runs, it re-issues that ticket for the same darned thing.

IMAP parsing.

Anyone else see, fixes?

Shamanesco: that usually means you're running an old version of the desk (before 3.20.01 when this was fixed), or you're using GMail as a hosting provider.

In the former case, upgrade your desk.

In the latter case, the problem is that GMail's default setup is broken with respect to the RFC; it keeps mail after it's been told to delete mail. Go into your GMail user settings and disable "keep after delete" and the problem should resolve.

If neither of those situations applies to you, or if you follow those instructions and the problem isn't solved, please open a support ticket.
