email fetching/parser problems - 02-09-2008, 07:26 PM

We used to have a scheduled task for parser command,
After upgrading from ver.3.09 to 3.30 ver. of Kayako this command
http://www.domain.com/path_to_your_s....php?_t=parser

gives an error
Error: Failed to delete parser lock file (./files/parser.lockfile); error: errno

and if I try it again this error comes up:

Warning: unlink(./files/parser.lockfile) [function.unlink]: Permission denied in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\help.worldbingonetwork.com\modu les\parser\cron_parser.php on line 34
Error: Failed to delete parser lock file (./files/parser.lockfile); error: errno
[ERROR]: Lock file found! (./files/parser.lockfile). A lock file has been found preventing further execution. If it is from a stale instance of cron then please delete the file in order to continue. To remove the file manually click here

Please advice.

By the way - is previous auto cron issue was addressed in new vertion and if yes - how should I configure auto parser?

Delete the parser.lockfile and make sure /files/ is set to 777.

Thanks...

Now I have a problem with liveresponce - when a person wants to chat he gets java error
and in live responce log I'm getting this error:
