eMail help - 15-06-2007, 05:35 PM

we are having trouble setting up the email system in Supportsuite. we would like it to if a end user responds to a call that the system automatically adds that content to the ticket that is in the subject of the email. is there a way to do this?

You need to make sure you have set the email parser as explained in the manual which can be found at http://docs.kayako.net (latest) and http://manual.kayako.net (old manual)
