Hi there. Say we have two departments set up, Department One and Department Two. Each has its own mail queue, one@foo.com and two@foo.com respectively.
If an email is sent, addressed to both one@foo.com and two@foo.com, it seems Department One gets two copies of the ticket, and Department Two misses out.
It seems the mail parser looks at the first address in the To: field of each email instead of looking at the actual inbox it was pulled from. Is there any way to change this behaviour, or is there a workaround or something that would enable both departments to receive these tickets?
