Email not delivered

Hi;

After doing a lot of work on getting the emails downloading .. we still have issues. Now we get the same email delivered every 2 minutes.. same email downloading and nothing past it.

It seems like POP3 connection drops before it is set with the mail server and therefore it is not deleted at the server. I checked the server and it has many emails waiting to be downloaded but only 1 gets downloaded.

I have extended the max execution time for scripts in PHP to 1000 seconds and still it does not work.

Almost 5 days now and the system does not work.

Environment:

Windows 2003 Standard
PHP 4.x
MYSQL 3.x

I wish Kayako would use their own support software and respond to our requests.. may be their emails are not being downloaded either
