| Email notifications to users on ticket status change? -

Can Kayako be configured to automatically send an email to the user any time a ticket is modifed as follows:
- ticket owner is changed
- priority is changed
- due date is changed
- ticket is closed
This is a very important feature for my company and I need to understand if Kayako can do this (or if not, are there any workarounds). I spent some time evaluating the onsite demo, but could not verify if this is possible. A search of these forums was also inconclusive.
