Email Options missing when Forwading Ticket (unable to CC on forward) - 17-01-2007, 04:20 AM

Hi everyone.

One of our engineers using the system wants to forward a ticket to a third party for authorisation, and copy a deputy in on the message. Unfortunately when we're in the FORWARD ticket screen I don't have EMAIL OPTIONS button shown - where I do when I POST REPLY.

Had anyone came accross this - is this 'by design' or have I missed something? Any help you could offer would be appreciated.

Hi,

Yes, this is 'by design' that forward tab not have "Email Options" button, this option is only for "Post Reply".
