Hi. this must be ridiculously simple, but I cannot figure it out... When submitting a ticket I have a single Custom field, where visitors can select A, B, C, D. Now I want to create parse rules. If A, then forward to specific@emailaddress.com and totally ignore kayako. If B, then move to specific department in kayako. How would I get that implemented? Thanks. michael |
