Question Email parser problem - 08-01-2007, 10:52 AM

Hi,

My SupportSuite 3.00.90 has worked well previous in different server. It has been moved now in new server and same time upgraded latest stable version 3.04.10. Everything else work but mail to the address support@xxxxxx.com do not open ticket or do nothing else.

The mail name has setup right in qmail and there is no other email account for that name. Zend optimizer is also installed version 2.5.7. Also the file permissions are setup like Kayako manual said. Cli/index.php file has updated correct php bath:
#!/usr/bin/php -q
Also the emailpipe settings in SupportSuite are just same as before when it was worked.

I'm using Plesk 8.0 and settings are made like manual tells for the Plesk.

Any idea what’s wrong?

What is the error you receive when you try sending an email to the piped email queue? Does the software record the email in the Parser Log? What is the error recorded in the server maillog?

There not comes any error. In mail log comes following error:

Only thing that it is installed and it works also, see my test (attach).

Create a phpinfo file within the software directory and link me to it.

I have replied to your PM. There are chances that you might have multiple installations of PHP on your server.
