Email Parser problem - 24-01-2007, 11:53 AM

Hi everyone.
I have installed Kayako Supportsuite recently and it is working fine.
key.php is in the root web folder for supportsuite.
I can access the admin page fine.
Problem occurs when i run the email parser.
I'm using the pop method on a windows server.
When i run the email parser url i get a reponse:

License Error: Key file does not exist

I know the key file does exist and have downloaded it again from the kayako site. same error. I have copied the key.php to the cron folder - same error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Wierd, try chmoding key.php file to 755 and what is the URL you are using for fetching the POP3 emails?

http://www.domain.com/support/cron/index.php?_t=parser is the url
this is an internal lan server atm.

Edit: A colleague found the problem. The url mentioned in the supportsuite manual would seem to be wrong. Couldn't see the wood for the trees.
Instead of
http://www.domain.com/support/cron/index.php?_t=parser
it should be
http://www.domain.com/supportsuite/c....php?_t=parser

Thanks for your help supportskins

If you read the manual carefully, it assumes you have installed the software under the "support" directory. You need to change it with the actual software directory.
