Email Parser Rules in 3.00.80

I have a problem with the parser rules.

I get a lot of spam emails with subject containing ???

I tried to add a rule saying if subject contains ??? to not create ticket, but it does not work

I have problems getting rules to work as well. Is this known or am I doing soething wrong?
Trying to have staffreplys to the mainque not showing as new ticket.

Same here, our rules have never worked properly, we were told to upgrade but it never work as desired, if Kayako wants to investiage our ticket is still open....
