Email pb - 27-08-2008, 03:47 PM

Hello again,

I wrote yesterday because we do not receive email alerts on new tickets.... We set up the alert but unfortunatly it still does not work....

It seems we set up the SMTP option fine, and we actually do not use the SMTP authentication because we realized it does not work... So basically, when a user send a ticket he gets a confirmation without pb but we never get any mail on our side... any help would be appreciated.

When you reply to the ticket your client created, does he receive your reply?

In that case you need to check if your staff profile email address is correct as well as have some one look into your Alert settings.

Create a support ticket from https://members.kayako.net/. They shall look into your configuration.
