You can create a mail server in your support ticket system server too, and forward email from your own domain mail server to this mail server (with another domain/subdomain) etc. e.g. your domain is mycompany.com with a mail server in some other machine now your install a mail server also in your esupport machine, e.g. for support.mycompany.com then you set support@mycompany.com to forward to support@support.mycompany.com and set piping at support@support.mycompany.com, then it should be ok. bubble |
