| New Member | Hi all, I'm having trouble getting e-mail piping working. I've searched the forums and tried every suggestion I could find, still nothing. Currently, whenever I send an e-mail to support@mydomain.com, I get a mail delivery failed with the message "local delivery failed". I've confirmed that the permissions are right on the /cli/index.php file, I've confirmed that the path to php in that file is correct and I've also tried adding the php -q to the alias (which returns the additional error "no input file specified". I've also made sure to set up the e-mail queue in the admin panel. Nothing has worked. When I pull up the /cli/index.php file in my browser I get nothing - just a blank page, even on view source. Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance, Luke |

We use HostGator ourselves as well as for some of our clients. We have never had any issues with them. Can you please let me know the path you used for email piping in cPanel? I got it sorted out! I'd setup the hostgator e-mail to have the correct forwarding information to send support@mydomain.com to the program, but I hadn't added the user "support" in the mail system - that was all I had to do to get it working. By the way - the forward only worked for me when I included the php -q inside the piped command. Is that normal? Thanks again for all your help! Luke |

Using php -q is okay and should cause no issues. Glad to know the issue is finally soughted.
