Email Replies not being tracked > Ticket Tracking > Mail Settings

Hello,

When a client replies to staff message by email the response just goes to the support email address.

We want our clients email replies to be tracked in the Ticket support.

How do we set SupportSuite and our mail program (setup through Cpanel) to send the email replies back to the open ticket in SupportSuite.

This is a major problem...

Hello.

As it turns out IMAP was not compiled for PHP on the server. We now have IMAP on the server.

However, we still do not get the notifications.
