Email replies in ticket history - 07-09-2006, 11:28 AM

Hi,

Whenever a user replies to a mailing list (for a reply posted by the staff member), an email sent to the mailing list.

Is there a way by which these email replies be stored as a part of ticket history?

Currently only those replies appear in the ticket history which have been posted using kayako (after logging in).

Does anyone have pointers?
