| Email Reply Problem in version 3.00.04 -

Hello,
I am having a problem that I cannot find resolution to.
When ever I reply to a support ticket through the staff panel, it sends the email to the client, and then about 100 addressed to @mail.logicusa.com
THe mail.logicusa.com is our external mail server.
Thus I get tons of mail server errors, and response back to support system of too many hops.
Has anyone experienced this or have a clue why it would be happening?
I am using the Esupport 3.00.04 on a Linux box, connecting to a Windows email server via POP3 parser.
