Hi, The staff member need to login to their account and got to Tickets > Alerts > New Alert Rules. From this screen they can setup a set of rules to alert them to tickets and changes to tickets, etc. UK cPanel/WHM hosting accounts http://ukwebsolutionsdirect.co.uk |
