Email subject line and custom fields in email - 12-01-2007, 07:14 PM

I need to know how to have the customers name in the subject line of the emails for new tickets. I also need to have the custom fields I have added to the body of the emails that are sent out for new tickets as well as replies, etc.

So whats your problem?

To add the client name to the ticket subject just go to the ticket click edit and add the client to the subject line.

As for Kayako system doing this, we do not have the option for it.

Need help with this one - 13-01-2007, 04:22 AM

I added custom fields that get filled out when our customer enters the different departments and need all of that custom field information included in the ticket emails that get sent out.

How do we do this?

This has already been submitted as a feature request. As of now, this feature is now yet available in the existing version.
