Email ticket help

I have a specific need.

I have certain servers email me for backups.

I want an email to be emailed to my helpdesk. If the email subject contains, "Backup Completed" I want the ticket to be generated (with NO AUTORESPONSE) and then Auto Closed

If the email comes in with "Backup Failed"
I want a ticket to be generated (WITH NO AUTORESPONSE) and then left open. I do not want this to respond when I close either.

How can this be done?

For this you can create a rule in Admin CP > Mail Parser >Insert New Rule .
Here create rule with following Criteria:

In Pre Parse Option

" Subject contain"... " Backup Completed"

In Post Parse Option

Select the "Change Ticket Status" according to your need.
