Email ticket status - 24-02-2006, 10:38 AM

When the status of a ticket is changed (to Closed for example) I want to email the user to tell them.

How can I do this? At the moment, only staff replies are sent. It is possible to set a status and not enter a reply.

There must be a way of automitically emailing the user when a ticket is closed
