Email to user on status change? - 27-07-2007, 07:43 PM

Hey all!

I was wondering if there was a way to email a user when the staff changes the status of a ticket???

Not currently no. It only shows the status if you change it when replying to a ticket. One of the moderators will hopefully move this to Feature Requests to ensure it gets considered for the next version.
