| Emails with attachments not being forwarded? -

Hi
I am testing kayako and tried sending an attachment with my email query. The email was accepted fine and i can see the new reply in the ticket log as well as the attachment (179k) which is great. But that email did not get sent back out to the Staff email address like the others had that did not have an attachment.
Is this normal? Or is there a limitation on the trial version that stops the resending of emails with attachments? Or have i missed a setup option somewhere?
