Emails go to staff email addresses instead of into SupportSuite - 13-01-2006, 01:26 PM

Email replies go to staff email addresses instead of into SupportSuite in my installation.

Is there a setting to set a reply-to field in the outgoing emails, as opposed to the staff's own email address?

If so, can I have a step by step idiot guide, instead of "change it in the Admin CP"?

Anyone?

Hi Darren,

You need to add email queues for each department, if you want all emails to come into a specific address to then be re-assigned you need to create dummy queues per department then just set the from name and address to the same thing for each dummy queue you have created.
