Emails are no longer coming in, parser is still running - 13-06-2006, 01:57 PM

I am running into an issue where the parser is no longer working even though it is running. I have had many small issues with the desk that i could work around.. but now after running for about 3 months, everything stopped.

I have noticed that my parser logs have grown, to 260k+ rows, and when ever I try to delete them, they remain. I have disabled logging for the parser but the log is still being written to.

I am not sure what to do at this point.. any ideas, how do I remove all of the old parsed emails. By the way the daily clean ups show that they are running in the parser log.. but I do not see anything done

there is an option - 15-06-2006, 10:32 PM

there is an option in the parser settings to clear the inbox after it runs the pop3/imap or whatever system you are using for cleanup. as for why they've stopped, i can't honestly tell you without doing debugging. What version are you running?

I am on version v3.00.32 I think the issue is the tables are probably too full, I have 200 + mb database now.. and not many tickets

I am now considering trying to reinstall and import the information back
