Emails not accepted if To header isn't same as mail queue? - 22-02-2007, 05:51 AM

Hi all

I have a situation where I do some email routing before tickets get to eSupport. An effect of this is that the email address in the To line of emails doesn't match any of the queues I have set up. The result, eSupport filters them out...

Is there a way I can disable this? I know it's probably to prevent spam, but I have those things taken care of before they hit eSupport.

Just an update... The Catch-All feature doesn't work with my setup. I have emailed Varun.
