Emails sent to users about SLA's

Hi,

We have setup SLA's and Esacalations, however we want an automated email to be sent to users with the ticket details, as well as the SLA that it has been assigned to it. In addition i'd also like the amount of time before it will get escalated. What would be the best way to achieve this?

Hello Kav,

This is not a present feature in the current version of SupportSuite.
