I have a major issue as whenever my clients send me HTML emails to Kayako and they have put in some embedded images, Kayako removes the embedded images and puts them as attachments and sends it to the support staff. Likewise if I also send HTML mails to Kayako to be replied to the client and put in some embedded images, Kayako again does the same and my client gets confused which embedded image has the text explanation in the email. I thought that sending RICH TEXT emails to Kayako solved the problem, but moreoever it worsoned the situation as the RICH TEXT makes the email size very large and it clogged my email network. Anybody has a solution? |

The only workaround I have found, is to attach the rich content as screenshots (jog etc.) or word/rtf doc to the email. These attachments end up in the ticket/email. Rich Features I need asap: 1) Ticket search in the client portal! 2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name 3) Downloads by client (i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area. 4) Integrated KB image uploads The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles. Cheers! |
