| Enabled SPAM Assasin but this time SPAM detected notification emails create tickets -

I have enabled SPAM Assasin to receive less SPAM and less created tickets.
In my normal pop email accounts that I look from Outlook express I didn't receive emails that are detected with SPAM detection software, but in kayako support suite they are also created as tickets with the header like:

I don't want kayako create tickets for these type of SPAM notifications how can I do that?
