Enabled SPAM Assasin but this time SPAM detected notification emails create tickets - 15-11-2006, 12:01 PM

I have enabled SPAM Assasin to receive less SPAM and less created tickets.

In my normal pop email accounts that I look from Outlook express I didn't receive emails that are detected with SPAM detection software, but in kayako support suite they are also created as tickets with the header like:

has been attached to this so you can view it (if it isn't spam) or label

I don't want kayako create tickets for these type of SPAM notifications how can I do that?

Have you set spam assasin to delete spam on the mail account for the mail queue.
as default i think it just marks it as spam,

I solved it with adding a filter in kayako admin: every spam email body starts with:

"SPAM detection software," so when kayako see that it automatically doesn't create a ticket.

By the way how can I do that? I mean SPAM assasin to delete SPAM marked emails?
