That totally defeats the purpose of the User Based system, If you want a person to see all tickets then you should add him as a Staff. Regards, Varun Shoor -------------------------------------------------------------------

I would recommend creating a restricted Staff Group for those people and giving them access to just the Tickets Interface. Regards, Varun Shoor -------------------------------------------------------------------
