Entering a ticket for a customer.... - 09-09-2006, 12:16 AM

When I am working with a customer and they request X new work to be completed how do I enter that work for them so that they can see it easily, track it, etc. and so our staff sees it as well.

It looks like when I do a ticket from within Kayako but I don't see where I assign it to my client, it looks like it would be posted to the creator.

Thanks.

1. Create a "NAME" for that customer in department. (Say 'X').
2. Ask them to submit their queries through that.
3. They can track whatever they have submitted, you constantly update the status.
