Just recently my ticketing system has started changing characters in the outgoing mail and inserting equal signs. The problem was addressed in Strange charaters in mails sent by esupport but that solution did not fix my issues. my en-us.php file looks like this (although i have tried many combinations and none seemed to help or change the issue): 'charset' => 'UTF-8', 'html_encoding' => 'none', 'text_encoding' => '8bit', 'html_charset' => 'UTF-8', 'text_charset' => 'UTF-8', Is there somewhere else i should be looking for a variable to change? Below is an example of the problem, thanks for any help: New Ticket: Support tic=ets - character sets incorrect?
